Many readers are interested in visiting, staying, or camping in the Eastern Sierra, yet are unsure of what type of accom- modations would be right for them. Some have no RV at this time and would like to camp in a travel trailer. Some are towing a boat and have no RV. Here are some fun solutions to a wonderful vacation. Certainly the ultimate fish- ing trip, pack trips are avail- able by horseback. Riding up to some of the most pristine lakes in California, there is lit- erally no other adventure like this. Partial day, full day, even cattle drive rides are available. On horseback, the pace is per- fect. Never rush nature, and nature is best enjoyed when not in a rush.
